Text Messaging (SMS) Policy
BoardBreeze does not text customers or the public. Our toll-free number sends internal staff alerts only.
What we use SMS for
BoardBreeze (operated by MGE Magneo Solutions LLC (BoardBreeze)) uses text messaging for one purpose: internal operational alerts. When a caller to our toll-free line 1-844-786-2076 asks for a callback from a person, our phone concierge sends a short alert from that number to the mobile phone of the BoardBreeze owner or an on-call staff member so the call can be returned.
We do not send text messages to customers, trial users, prospects, or the general public. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS of any kind.
Creating a BoardBreeze account does not ask for a phone number, and no BoardBreeze service requires you to receive text messages.
Who receives these messages, and how they consent
- The only recipients are the BoardBreeze owner and staff members who have chosen to receive callback alerts.
- Each recipient enrolls their own mobile number and signs our internal staff SMS alert consent form before any alert is sent to them.
- Enrolling is optional. Agreeing to receive alerts is not a condition of employment or of any BoardBreeze service. Staff who decline receive the same alerts by email instead.

BoardBreeze concierge: callback needed (TODAY) Reason: sales question Caller: +1 555 123 4567 (via voice) Summary: Caller asked about annual pricing for a five-person team.
Message frequency & cost
- Message frequency varies with call volume, typically fewer than 100 alerts per month in total.
- Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help
- Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving alerts. A confirmation is sent and no further SMS is sent to that number.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email help@appboardbreeze.com.
If you are a customer
You will not receive text messages from BoardBreeze. For support, email help@appboardbreeze.com, use our contact page, or call 1-844-786-2076. Calls are answered 24/7 by our AI phone concierge, which can answer questions and arrange a callback from a person. Replies to customers are made by phone call or email, not by text.
Privacy
BoardBreeze does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing purposes. If you ask for a callback, your phone number and a short summary of your request are shared only with BoardBreeze staff so we can return your call.
